There is nothing more frustrating when you have the best idea for a product and you have made many trials but something is just not working!

Maybe you cannot figure out what is wrong with your formulation. Is your body butter grainy, your emulsion has a soaping-effect or your shampoo is gooey (or something else)?

Well, say no more. Been there, done that. Let us help you figure out what is happening, where the formulation needs a bit of an adjustment and we’ll also help you fix it. You will need to tell us your exact formulation, what you have been trialling and their results and we will do our best to help you get this sorted.

We always sign an NDA with clients to protect their Intellectual Property.

• We will request a small sample of your product.

• We may reformulate the product for you, but it will be your decision whether or not you want to accept the changes we make.

TIMELINE

We will provide you with a report within 7 days of receiving payment. We will then set up an online meeting to discuss it further and we answer any questions you may have.
